SmartVenice approach to action and implementation relies on a participatory and inclusive action-research methodology. Beside leveraging on benchmarking and exchanging good practices with partners, our projects start from needs and active involvement of stakeholders and final beneficiaries, with a co-creation and co-design approach to be adapted to specific contexts and territories.
SmartVenice promotes and supports:
- Business development in the area of sustainable tourism and urban regeneration (see the LagunaLibre initiative)
- Pilot projects and actions on inclusive smart urban and organizational development
- European Networks on Smart Cities and Communities
